Donations:
The Auguste Escoffier Foundation funds its activities through its own income (ticket sales, shop sales), grants; partnerships and also thanks to the generosity of its patrons.

In supporting the Foundation, you play a role in adding to the value of this unique location, the house where Auguste Escoffier was born, and more widely to conserving part of the French gastronomic heritage.

Much more than financial support, patronage allows the Foundation to carry out ambitious projects that ensure the future of the
Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art.
The status of the Auguste Escoffier Foundation (charity, recognized public utility) allows the generous donors to benefit from a tax exemption.
- For private individuals: a tax reduction on their taxable income, equal to 66% of the amount of the donations made, within a limit of 20% of their taxable income: €100 donated has a real cost of €34.
- For companies: the sums paid are deductible within the limit of 3.25% of the year’s turnover
(60% of the sums paid): €750 donated has a real cost of €300.

The Auguste Escoffier Foundation also accepts donations in kind (crockery, furniture, cooking utensils, menus, restaurant menus, etc.) that can enrich the collections at the Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art.
